ONEZIX S.L. is the controller for the processing described here, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018. The legal notice, cookie policy and service-specific terms may supplement this information.
Data and purposes
Identity, contact and professional details you provide when requesting information, attending a meeting or commissioning a service may be processed. They are used to handle your enquiry, prepare or fulfil a contract and provide requested support or follow-up.
Technical information needed for website operation and security is also processed. If you accept Google Analytics, browsing and interaction statistics are recorded. Marketing communications require consent or another applicable legal basis. Data may be used to improve services and meet legal obligations.
Callback requests
If you use the “Shall we call you?” form on onezix.com, davidtovar.dev or dvtovar.com, we process your phone number, your name if you enter it and the time slot you choose, only to call you about that request. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and can withdraw at any time.
These details are not stored in any database: they are sent by email from ONEZIX S.L.’s mail server (OVH) to the inbox where we handle requests (Gmail, by Google). That email is kept only for as long as needed to deal with your request. You can ask us to delete it by writing to contacto@onezix.com.
Legal bases
Depending on its purpose, processing relies on consent, pre-contractual or contractual steps you request, legal obligations or a legitimate interest where your rights and freedoms do not override it. Where consent is used, it must be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous.
Providers and transfers
We use Google Calendar to schedule meetings and Notion to organise follow-up on enquiries, proposals and projects. These tools may process the contact details and information you provide for those purposes. Google Analytics is only enabled on the website if you accept analytics.
Providers accessing data on behalf of the controller must offer sufficient safeguards and have the relevant processing agreement where required, under Article 28 GDPR.
Using these services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Each provider’s terms describe the safeguards applicable to those transfers. Retention and security
Data is retained for as long as needed for its purpose and applicable legal periods. After the relationship ends, it may remain restricted during limitation periods for potential liabilities.
Technical and organisational measures appropriate to risk are applied, including access controls, security practices and backups where appropriate, to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and exercise rights concerning automated decisions under applicable law. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it.
